INJECTION MOLDING

Investment in technology and personnel is a fundamental part of our manufacturing process in injection molding.

We have the best machinery, which gives us the best results, making our manufacturing possibilities almost unlimited.

We have top brand machines that range from 50 tons for the smallest and up to 850 tons for the largest. This guarantees high productivity. We are capable of developing products and manufacturing components in a multitude of shapes and sizes. From small, high-precision components to large-caliber pieces.

We produce in a wide variety of materials: polycarbonate, methacrylate, polyethylene, polypropylene, SAN, ABS and compostable materials

MOLD DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE

The mold making area is the heart of our company, allowing us to create plastic parts based on the ideas or needs of our clients.

We have state-of-the-art machinery and staff combining youth and experience, backed by a technical office with powerful CAD/CAM software which assists autonomous production.

Milling machines, CNC lathes, EDM and grinding machines make it possible to manufacture and mechanize any element and production process. We manufacture prototypes in lithography before shaping the mold to detect potential improvements in the piece. This process is essential for production to meet our high-quality criteria.

PRODUCTION

All our machinery has different peripheral robots that help automate the assembly processes with the sole purpose of manufacturing as an agile and versatile company. We can manufacture injected parts of up to 20 kg, and we are competitive in large and small volumes. We are specialists in parts with metallic inserts, parts for chrome plating, bars with over-injection of U-shaped metal plates. Furthermore, we work with all kinds of thermoplastic materials, using the best and most modern raw materials with the requirements of use and application of each piece. We also advise on the choice of material considering the physical and technical qualities of each one.
